_{I'm considering to change her name, since I don't like it very much. But it doesn't really matter since she's just a minor character, and everyone in the world can't have epic names, ey.}

I actually imagined her more blue. But wouldn't red, blue and white remind you of something? The AMARICAN FLAG, PERHAPS? So I decided to go with wite and a little bit of red. She's wearing a beret.
She's not white-haired, she's just EXTREMLY BLOND. The people in her town call her ¨the Beautiful Silver Maid¨. She has basically the same powers as her younger sister, only a little bit weaker. She seems to be the polite, shy young woman of the town. An innocent beauty. But she secretly has a very dark mind. One day she just snapped and brutally murdered most people of her town.
The priest of the town gave her a question she couldn't answer, she became furious and thought he tried to humiliate her.

¨Don't think you're any better than me, scumbag!¨ she yelled in anger just before she blasted the poor priests head. The town was next.

Oh god, that's brutal.
I could go on all day about her story. But it just sounds dumb when I try to explain it. :/
